Han Chae Young on Allure :)

After starring in Boys Over Flowers as Jihoo's crush earlier this year, Han Chae Young has been out of the spotlight. However, the actress and model who is often regarded as Korea's Barbie, is back with a brand new photoshoot for Allure magazine!

You're probably wondering where in the world Han Chae Young was for the photoshoot since winter in Korea doesn't exactly look like that. If you're thinking Hawaii, you're right! She specifically flew to Hawaii to shoot on the island of Oahu and at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort.

The January issue of Allure includes the rest of the photoshoot and an interview from Korea's very own living Barbie.

Last month, it was revealed that 2PM's Thai cutie pie Nichkhun will be staring in the upcoming film "The Shining Diploma."

A representative from JYP Entertainment stated,

"Since he will star in the movie, this will give him an opportunity to showcase his hidden abilities and grow as an entertainer. Currently, he is quite busy with his promotional activities with the rest of 2PM, but since there is only one month left until shooting begins, he is also attending an acting class as well. We cannot wait to see his role as an actor!"

And we can't wait either! With the sweet Thai prince trading his good boy image for a more charismatic bad boy look, it's making the wait pretty unbearable, but I guess we're all in for a nice surprise! Nichkhun and the rest of the cast will begin filming for the movie around January 2010.

Another video of Jaebeom dancing at a B-boy competition recently surfaced. The ex-leader of 2PM was seen dancing with his dance crew AOM (Art of Movement) at the Winter Nights competition in Seattle. Well, Nate News is reporting that Jaebeom and his dance crew actually won the event.

In the finals, Jaebeom and AOM faced off against R.M/S.R.C (Rhythmic Motions) (Soul Rebelz). Jaebeom and AOM came out of the battle victorious. Congratulations to Jaebeom and AOM, it's good seeing him having fun and doing what he loves to do. Remember to visit the 2ONEDAY Forums.

The boys of TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki are scheduled to release a new single in Japan titled Break Out on January 27th, 2010. This new single will be the main theme song of a new drama series by NHK titled “Tomehane (Let us jump together)! Suzusato High School, Calligraphy Club."

Actress Goo Hye Sun recently attended CJ Food Ville Tous Les Jours' "Fresh Night! White Night!" party held at Bolt Club in Seogyo-Dong, Seoul.

As you all know, Goo Hye Sun is also a model of Tous Les Jours, as we have seen with past CFs featuring the popular actress with world star Rain. Supposedly, Go Hye Sun decided to attend because of the fact that there would be alcohol-free desserts prepared. In the party, Goo Hye Sun made cakes with couples who attended, and also had an interview with Gagman Lee Seung Yoon and Song Byung Chul.

Meanwhile, Goo Hye Sun recently won the "Female Artist of the Year" at Yahoo Taiwan's "2009 Asia Buz Award." Congratulations to her!

It looks like Nichkhun better watch out - his mighty throne of the Thailand Prince just might be taken away soon... by his own brother.

Horvejkul ~~Nichkhun~~ Nichan has made an appearance in a recent music video of Thailand's rookie female singer, Ploy. After seeing the 40-second teaser that was recently released, netizens have been abuzz nonstop toward Nichan's insanely good looks briefly shown on screen. The undeniable similarities between the brothers proved the Nich-bloodline is quite royal indeed! Just look at him, he's a perfect clone... well, maybe with an exception of their complexion.

With the full music video waiting for its release on the 24th, the fans have commented,

"You guys look alike so much. I can really tell."
"Are you debuting in Thailand?"
"Perfect angels!"

Will the fans be seeing these two sweet eye-candies together on stage any soon? We'll just have to see what Nichan has got for us next.

The first ever 2009 Melon Music Awards kicked off tonight and with it being its first event ever, it was decent, but left us with much to be desired.

With that said, SNSD swept the night with 6 awards, including the biggest award of the night, the "2009 SONG" of the year.

Dang, these boys just get better and better.

At the first annual Melon Music Awards, 2PM had a quick intro with the other songs from the album such as "Tired of Waiting" and "Give me the light."

Then, the fire started with the intro of "My Heart" with Taecyeon which then went into "Heartbeat" and "Again and Again". Although bad mics plagued the performance (poor Taecyeon not being to rap his only part), the boys put on a good performance. There was also a bit of a surprise at the end with a HOT dance break.

2PM was also on the Top 10 of 2009 list and gave a quick but short thank you to Jaebeom.

To celebrate their Top 10 win, 2NE1 lit the Melon Music Awards on fire. Of course they didn't do it literally, but instead performed their hit song "Fire." True to the name, the performance was blazing hot with Park Bom showing a gratuitous amount of skin. I guess that this is why they're hot!
